Terms of Service

1. Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account. If you use the service for a company, client, or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. What the service does

Make Agent Fast helps you create a public website and an AI agent that can answer visitors by text or voice using the knowledge, files, links, instructions, and settings you provide. AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, so you remain responsible for reviewing important outputs before relying on them.

3. Your account and security

• Keep your login credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Provide accurate account, billing, and contact information.
• Do not share an account in a way that prevents us from identifying who is responsible for activity.

4. Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of the content you upload or enter. You give Make Agent Fast a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, transform, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

You are responsible for having the rights and notices needed for anything you upload, including customer data, visitor data, files, brand assets, website copy, and knowledge sources.

5. Visitor interactions and published pages

When you publish a site, visitors may interact with your agent and may submit contact details, questions, voice messages, or booking information. You are responsible for how you use exported leads and conversation records, and for any additional notices required by your own business or jurisdiction.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, harassment, malware, credential theft, or attempts to bypass security controls.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights.
• Do not present AI output as professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice unless you are authorized and have reviewed it.
• Do not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service or its providers.

7. Plans, trials, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans, trials, usage credits, and add-ons are shown at checkout or inside your dashboard. Unless a checkout says otherwise, a paid subscription renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel future renewals from the billing portal or by contacting support before the next renewal date.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, where a provider checkout states otherwise, or where we approve a refund in our discretion. Taxes may be added based on your location.

8. Third-party services

The service may use hosting, database, payment, email, analytics, AI, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, OAuth, and messaging providers. Their systems may process content or metadata as needed for the feature you choose. We are not responsible for third-party products outside our control.

9. Intellectual property

Make Agent Fast, its software, design system, templates, product names, and platform content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you. You may use generated site content for your own site, subject to these Terms and any third-party rights.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a way that harms the platform, visitors, other users, or providers. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion.

11. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free AI output, or that the service will meet every business, compliance, or revenue objective.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Make Agent Fast will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

12. Regional consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be waived under Korean law, US federal or state law, EU or EEA consumer law, or other mandatory local laws. If a term is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, that term will be limited or removed while the rest of the Terms continue to apply.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service, providers, or laws change. Material updates will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified in the product or by email. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
